Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
Packing slip drafts are processed and stored in your browser. You can use the generator without creating an account. We do not receive recipient details, order details, SKUs, item descriptions, quantities, notes, or other packing slip content unless you sign in and explicitly save a complete packing slip to your private account history.
If you choose to sign in with Google and explicitly save a reusable business profile, we store only the sender name, department, return address, email, phone, and logo you confirm. Google provides the basic account information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, and profile image. Recipient, order, item, and note fields are never included in a saved business profile.
If you explicitly save a complete packing slip, we store the name you give the saved copy together with its sender, recipient, order, item, note, paper-size, date, and optional logo fields. Nothing is uploaded automatically. The current Free limit is 25 saved packing slips per account; Pro allows up to 250. Opening a saved copy places it back into the local browser draft for editing.
If you explicitly save an item preset, we store its SKU, description, and unit. If you explicitly save a recipient preset, we store the recipient name, company, shipping address, email, and phone that you confirm. Item quantities are never included in item presets, and neither type of preset is created automatically. Free accounts can save 100 items and 50 recipients; Pro allows up to 1,000 items and 500 recipients.
When you explicitly save a named brand profile, we store its name, sender details, optional logo, and return instructions. Pro supports up to three brand profiles. CSV files, batch previews, and pick lists are processed in your browser; importing a CSV does not upload the file or its orders to us.
We use a small set of analytics services to understand whether the generator is useful and where it fails:
- Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures page views and selected generator actions. Events may include the page path without query parameters, browser and device information, approximate location derived by Google, the selected paper-size category, and bucketed counts such as the number of packed items or validation issues.
- Pageview.app provides privacy-friendly aggregate page-view and referrer reporting.
- Microsoft Clarity provides masked interaction diagnostics such as heatmaps and session replays. The project uses Strict masking so visible page text is masked in recordings; form inputs are also masked.
We do not deliberately send packing slip content, exact item counts, names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, SKUs, descriptions, or notes to these analytics services. Google Analytics events also exclude URL query parameters.
Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics storage is denied by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland; in those regions Google receives only limited, cookieless measurement signals unless a future consent control enables analytics storage.
If you use a PayPal checkout offered by the service, PayPal processes the payment. We store the subscription and transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment dates, subscription status, and payment event identifiers needed to manage access and billing. We do not receive or store your card number or PayPal password. Test checkouts use PayPal Sandbox and do not collect real payments.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Store and retrieve the private packing slips you explicitly save.
- Store and retrieve the private item and recipient presets you explicitly save.
- Store the brand profiles you explicitly save and manage subscription access.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
- Measure page views and the use of core generator actions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
- With Google Analytics for the limited measurement described above. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- With Pageview.app for aggregate page-view and referrer reporting, subject to the Pageview.app Privacy Policy.
- With Microsoft Clarity for masked interaction diagnostics, subject to the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- With Google for optional Google sign-in, subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- With our hosting and database providers only as needed to operate authenticated account storage.
- With PayPal when you choose a PayPal checkout, subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your Rights
Packing slip drafts remain under your control in your browser. You can remove the current draft with the generator's Clear action or by clearing this site's browser storage. If you create an account, you can delete the saved business profile independently and delete saved packing slips one at a time. Permanently deleting a saved item or recipient preset removes that preset without changing packing slips that already use its details. Permanently deleting the account removes its linked profile, saved packing slips, item presets, and recipient presets and named brand profiles. If you have a subscription, we must confirm that future billing has stopped before completing account deletion. Billing records are detached from the deleted account and may be retained to resolve payment disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Account deletion keeps the local browser draft by default; you can also choose to clear it during deletion. A downgrade does not automatically delete saved records: you can still read and delete them, while new saves are limited by your current plan.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights concerning analytics data processed by our service providers. The privacy notices linked above explain how to exercise those rights with each provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
