Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a packing slip generator with optional account features for saving reusable business details and private packing slip history. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Subscriptions and Billing

The packing slip generator has a Free plan. Where a Pro checkout is available, Pro costs USD 19 per month and renews automatically until canceled. The price and payment details are shown before you approve a subscription through PayPal. Any checkout explicitly marked PayPal Sandbox is a test and does not collect real money. PayPal processes payments; we do not receive your card number or PayPal password.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel future renewal from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Pro remains available until the end of the paid period shown in your account.

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven calendar days of that payment. Renewal payments are normally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Contact us about duplicate charges or a service failure so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

To request a refund, email support@packingslip.net with your account email and PayPal transaction ID. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. An approved full refund removes Pro access for the refunded billing period; any other valid paid period remains available. Refund processing and arrival times depend on PayPal and your payment method.

After Pro ends, your account returns to Free. Existing saved records remain available to read and delete, and saved packing slips remain available to download. New records must fit within the Free limits. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
